Providence Real Estate Development was formed in 2004 to develop and build new home communities that offer great quality at an exceptional value throughout Lake County, Indiana.

Our team has decades of experience working with national builders. They bring this experience and best practices to your project along with something only a local developer can provide: a commitment to ongoing, long-term relationships. You'll see the difference during new home construction, at closing, at final walk-through, and in the service you get after you move in, including scheduled inspection appointments and a long term policy with Professional Warranty Service Corporation.

Building communities

Our first community, The Heritage, sold out quickly and exceeded our original sales forecasts. Homes are now being built in The Heritage North, adjacent to The Heritage, and offering improved models of the successful paired villas that defined The Heritage.

Stonegate community is also underway, offering single-family homes near a 15-acre municipal park in Winfield. Nearby, also in Winfield, are Stonegate Commons and Providence Townes of Lowell, each featuring ranch and two story town homes. The Regency in Crown Point rounds out our offering of new home developments in Northwest Indiana with many distinct model options.

Building trust

By mid-year 2010, Providence Real Estate Development had sold over 244 homes. Our company is made up of construction professionals from well-known national builders who have a combined total of over 40 years expereience planning and building new home communities. In additon, our team has been involved with the construction of well over 10,000 new homes throughout their careers.
